Metallurgy at source
Controlled casting
Specialist foundry capacity for low-lead and lead-free brass grades such as C89833, alongside ductile-iron flow-control components.
Flow-control castings · CNC machining · managed delivery
Huberconn gives the waterworks industry and its distributors—alongside North American and European OEMs—one accountable route into South India’s specialist foundry and machining ecosystem.
Casting, machining, documented inspection, and export delivery—managed through one accountable supply partner.
01 Brass & ductile-iron components
02 Test records for every batch
03 Consolidated or full-container delivery
A consolidated supply model
Overseas castings often mean separate foundries, machine shops, inspectors, and freight providers. Every handoff adds another schedule, owner and failure point.
Huberconn compresses that chain into one commercial relationship. You issue the drawing and requirements; we coordinate the route from melt through final delivery.
See the delivery model ↓The four-gate advantage
A production network is useful only when its process controls, evidence, and ownership work as one. Each programme is configured around the print and destination requirements.
Metallurgy at source
Specialist foundry capacity for low-lead and lead-free brass grades such as C89833, alongside ductile-iron flow-control components.
Print-to-part execution
4-axis machining and CNC turning for the dimensional accuracy required at internal seats, bores, and threads.
Traceability before dispatch
Material certification for each production batch, non-destructive testing, and dimensional inspection are coordinated before shipment.
One commercial channel
Export logistics, consolidated or full-container shipping, and customs coordination are managed through one accountable partner.
One PO, connected execution
Production, technical checkpoints, and logistics are aligned before work begins, then managed through one Huberconn relationship.
Share the print, material, standards, volume, destination, and programme timing.
We align the right casting, machining, and inspection route within our South Indian network.
Melt chemistry, internal integrity, and critical dimensions are checked and documented.
We coordinate export, customs, and delivery terms through one purchase-order relationship.

The metrology firewall
Inspection is built into the route before a component leaves India. Requirements are translated into three visible gates: melt chemistry, internal integrity, and final dimensions.
Each production batch can include EN 10204 3.1 material test certificates, results from NABL-accredited laboratories, Level II ultrasonic testing, and CMM inspection reports for critical dimensions.
Melt auditSpectrographic chemistry validation tied to the heat number.
NDT screeningUltrasonic pulse-echo checks for internal discontinuities.
CNC verificationDimensional reporting against critical seats, bores, and threads.
Our commitment to the OEM
One purchase order.
One accountable counterparty.
No vendor sprawl.
Huberconn manages the export chain—including consolidation and customs coordination—with Delivered Duty Paid options for regional delivery. Technical and commercial accountability stays with one partner.
